Capitec Bank tramshed

I had a ****ty service @ Capitec tramshed branch in Pretoria. Waited in a queue for more than 30 minutes and I only was there to make a deposit. There were 4 people but only one guy by the name Phumudzo was active. When I asked him why he is working alone he told me he was waiting for a reliever. I asked for the names of the other 3 who were not doing anything @ all when the queue was getting long. There is thabiso, mashau and kabelo who were not helping people @ all. They just let him work alone.
