Capitec bank took my salary

Good day I have problem with capitec bank.on the 12 november there was funds that was deposited to my account 49999.00 and I went to capitec bank in okavango in cape town to ask them where does the funds coming from and they lady who was helping me says she doesn't know.only to find out I was expecting fund for my husband provident fund so we thought its comes from his work because he used my account number coz his account was closed.so we used 5000.00,the next day I received sms that they reversed the funds.we called where my husband was working to find out if did the release the funds yet and they say no.on the 27 november my salary was deposited and they took 5000 on my account and when I go to capitec bank why they debited my account they could help me.whats makes me so angry is that I did go and ask them about the fund before I used the money but they say they do know where the funds coming from.just want my money or they should atleast make arrangements for how am I going to pay them coz I wasn't my fault.they failed me as costume and I love the bank but now I treats the costumers like piece of ****.
