Capitec bank thinks im a ***gy bank
Meyerton branch Capitec canot give me the answer im looking for I maxed out my credit card on April 2024
May 2024 was the last time i used my credit card
Why am i still charged in Jully for intrest charge for cash withdrawal/Transfers And intrest charge for purchases My account is up to date No arears Like i said i didn't use the card again Can u please explain to me what is happening on my credit card
I had a loan with capitec but its Completely been fully paid But still pops up if i log into my capitec banking app Please have a look for me to take it off
Another complaint is the full amount to close my loan was R1550.34 so i settled it .then it showed i had to pay another R56.54 and thats not right Im not happy about this its like day light *******. R1550.34 was the amount capitec given me also by thr branch to settle it This is unfair to me and must be sorted out immediately
They debit my acount with R1700 when i get paid
Last month by the 6 On the credit card fees was more than 70 % of the amount they debit my account when i get paid
The month before that again ,they Debit my savings with R1700 and here by the 6 of the next mont they take R850 on the credit card for fees and chit
But im not using the stupid card
So i dont use the card any more only paying back
Then basically its more than 100%@ Intrest
And by the banck they sit in their chairs with their pretty faces and tell u how good is it to have a Credit card and bla bls bla u are disgusting capitec

Is that how u make your money by not telling the truth to your customers u are a disgusting and u bunch of lying clowns
