Capitec Bank they don't update credit score always rate low for 8 months

Sad news about Capitec Bank apparently I have a loan which I've been paying well without missing payment for 8 months however my credit score remains the same. I phoned transunion for credit check and found out capitec bank it has never notified them that I have credit with them. As a result I found out that for capitec bank to rate me low and I don't have credit with them. Black South African if you want to take a loan please go to other banks not capitec
