Capitec Bank The Worst Service Ever!!!!

<p>i had been to capitec bank at blue hills after contacting the customer care line.So i got there and they needed my husbands id copy for proof of address, so i get them one and they say it is not correct it looks like a ***** copy.</p> <p>Then i come back to work and get three different sizes of his id copy and go back and still its in correct so the 3 women who were at the bank said they had contacted customer care nd head office and they could not even help me.I Had a account with them i just needed my bank card but the lack of poor service that i had received was absoutely pathetic.</p> <p>i taught that capitec was the best bank but to me it is the worst bank ever.I would rather get an account with another bank than tryining capitec again....</p>
