Capitec bank..the worst customer service ever

<p>I app**** for a personal loan in sunnyside branch,was told to leave my documents as they still wanna create the company..i waited for two days no feedback till i called and i was told it declined..went to a different branch only to find out nothing was captured on their system and the company was never created to start with,they were jus being silly. </p>
