Capitec bank the worst bank ever!!!

Capitec is the worst bank ever and the attitude from their employees, totally appalling. I had two unauthorized debit orders (one after the other) which I disputed then stopped, and the bank doesn't wanna take any responsibility. I was told that since it's my information on the account I'm the who should call the people and ask who they are and where they got the information. Capitec was fined for not following FICA regulations and now **** is happening on our accounts and the teller had no sympathy at all, making it sound like I'm the responsible party for all of this. I gave my money to them for safe keeping, They failed and instead of doing something about it, they insinuated that it's my fault this is happening. You bank with Capitec at own risk xem.
