Capitec bank the worsed bank ever and ****mers
My conplain comes with the atmost discus i have from capitec load department. I have a arrangement with capitec bank to pay my loans off. They have now simply taken 3 tim3s this month the full outstand bqllances including the arranged payments from my account. When i phone them they are rude and reluctent to help. They simply tell me im in behind with my payment and they have the right to takenthe money from my account as they please tonget the account arrears to 0 again. So why then agree to my arrangement to pay of the account if they can take what ever they want and leave me with no money to feed my family.

04 Jul 2024, 14:21I sure hope that this matter will be delt with on the highest leval of managers in the bank, as its managers in the loan department that determan your fate as a client that still pay there account and not run away as so many do. And then a manager of your bank that can bluntly refuse to pay back money that although there is a clear note on the system stating that an arrangement is in place,can deside that its no longer good for him and can take money as he/she pleases leaving me to fend for myself the rest of the month not being able to feed my kids get to work and pay my rent,cause he/she desided that they are the law and can do as they please. I pay the account every single month as agreed by bouth parties the amount i can afford now, i dont run away from my responsibility. I truelly hope my money will be payed back to me and only the agreed arrangement amounts taken.
