Capitec Bank, The Ripper!
Capitec Masterpass just took R850 from me. Now they want R160 to reverse the money. I paid Dstv using the Masterpass. The app froze just after I insert my pin. Then it came back and ask again for the pin. After the pin, I received two messages. Both are deductions. Capitec now wants R160 to reverse the payment. It was their app that was responsible for the mishap and now I must pay! What a ripoff!
