CAPITEC bank The Reef Dinwidy

My wife went to deposit cash at the ATM at the reef shoping center the mechine took her cash and it still has not reflected in her account. She went in the branch and she was told it will get investigated and in 14 days to a month she might get the cash back. We need that cash sooner like yesterday she is out of pocket 😭
