Capitec Bank the biggest ******* in the banking industry

I withdrew money from their ATM and it was short with 750 rands. After enquiring a month later about the outcome of the investigation, I am informed that their records indicate that nothing is owed to me. I have lost my hard earned cash. They don't even have the courtesy to phone me. I have to keep enquiring from them. What a **** of a ****a shop bank.
