I would like to applaud Capitec Bank with resolving my issue. It has been a stressful few weeks but the capitec staff has kept me going. Special Thanks to Abigail that always kept her cool and kept reassuring me in a professional manner that it will be resolved. Clayton has also been very helpful and very professional. I once again feel that Capitec is by far the best bank in SA and glad to continue banking with them. Thank you that you guys walked this stressful path with me, I'm so glad that it is capitec and not any other bank. Capitec your service is amazing!
