Capitec Bank the 1 & only bank
<p>Good day</p> <p>Please find account details and ref no.<br /><br />Ref No: # ********** 1</p> <p>All Capitec ATM’s out of order. Went to withdraw R3000 from a standard bank ATM. Money was deducted but nothing was dispensed. This money was to pay rent which is due today (01 Nov 2016).</p> <p>After visiting your branch at Baywest Mall (Port Elizabeth) I was informed that this process will take 14 days to resolve. Which is unexceptable and ridiculous. Surely if you offer a service from a other bank there should be process in place for this type of problem. Not to mention the poor service from your branch people (Sibahle Yelani) who for lack of better words “are clueless”. Capitec has 1 ATM at this branch and its out of order, on month end, this to me is poor service.</p> <p>I need the money to be transferred back today!!!!!</p>

Its been a week since this happen and i still havent got a responce or any feedback from Nondi. I realise this is just a standard thing Capitec does to cover themselves on hello peter.
They still do nothing to fix the issue. I went into the branch yesterday, only to be informed that the process in now 30 days and not 14 as i was told at first. Just proves to me the incompetant people working for capitec bank. please follow my day to day journey on facebook regarding the matter. Capitec Bank facebook page, check all comments.
