Capitec bank that is useless and stupid with their policies

My name is Duan Jacobus, I’ve been a loyal customer and I have a huge ****ing problem! I’ve received R5000 in funds from a friend and capitec flagged the transaction as *****ulent without any evidence. My friends bank which is standard bank said the transaction was legal and has been completed! What ****ed **** is this and if I don’t get my money today I’ll be evicted from my rental property and therefore I’ll sure Capitec bank for any damages that will occur!

I’m mentally exhausted with this stupidity from capitec bank ****!
