capitec bank terrible forensics

i reported a ***** transaction on Thursday 7/02/2019. I was told I would be contacted to give them a case nr from the police. I also gave them the ********** capitec bank account nr. today is Wednesday 13/02/2019. still no contact, no feedback no nothing!! I have the forensic contact number, they do not even answer! terrible
