Capitec Bank Tambotie Mall

I have been a loyal customer to one of the biggest banks in South Africa for decades and were forced to end my business relationship with them as their service just got worst by the year. I heard of Capitec and chewed on this for a couple of months till recently after yet another very bad experience from my old bank. I immediately visited the Capitec branch in Tambotie Mall (Randfontein) when I got directed to Mrs Luann. She took control of all my requirements and I got assigned to the Capitec family in basically no time at all. Her expertise and Customer relation skills are the best I have ever came across in any bank. The experience at this branch has exceeded all my expectations to levels far greater than could ever be expected. I am so pleased to have all my inner demons silent after such a bad experience over a duration of time at my old bank.
