Capitec Bank Takes R390 As A Transaction Fee
On Monday, R12 000 was deposited into my Capitec Savings account and Capitec Bank took R390 and label the deduction as a "Branch Cash Deposit Fee".
What on earth is a BCDF? And why is it not listed in your 2020 fees brochure?
Please get back to me, I've emailed, visited a branch and all I get is "we're investigating".
