CAPITEC BANK SUSPENDED THE ACCOUNT - WEDDING FUNDS

On Saturday, 26 March 2022, they suspended my account without notification. When i followup with I was told the get copy certified ID, affidavit, proof of payment from the account that transferred funds into my account. When I reached the accountholder it happened that also her account they have suspended. She then provided me with her affidavit confirming that the payment that I received was from her account and she had authorized it. Capitec Bank after receiving all the supporting documents, they push me from pillar to post. My daughter is getting married on Fri 1 Apr 2022 and this money is suppose to go towards making final payments towards the wedding venue and decor. All the funds that were previously in my account I am unable to access now. Capitec is spoiling my daughter's special day. I don't know what to do, how to tell my daughter that the wedding is off because of Capitec Bank. I am so hurt and disappointed at the same time. I have been banking with them for a very long time and I have been loyal with all my transactions were handled with them, now I found myself in such a predicament. My daughter, the inlaws, oh what a shame brings to my family. Oh why Capitec really why?
