Capitec Bank sucks!!!

About a week ago I was in the branch where my son was ****** from his cellphone, with a supposedly security person inside the bank. That said, today, I enquired about not receiving, any sms notifications about transactions on my accounts, the lady told me to go to the branch to verify that this is still my contact nr. Although, capitec has been calling me on the existing contact nr as on my banking profile. Why is all this neccessary, especially where you are not even safe!!!
