Capitec Bank sucks

I am very disappointed at Capitec, I went there for a loan. I was told there is an account in arrears and I went to sort out that error with Telkom, then it was sorted out. I then was told that if I move my salary to Capitec it will increase the chances. After 3 months banking with them, I went back to check if I now qualify for a credit card or credit facility and the system said R10000 then when we tried to complete everything it kept having issues. It been 5 now banking with them and my salary goes there every month but I still get declined and no concrete reason. Even the people at the bank cant give me a reason as it is too generic, I want to know why and what do I need to do to get approved. M credit score is perfect beside the old accounts that were paid up and settle for morethan 2 years now.
