Capitec Bank sucks!

Capitec Bank Sucks! I don't care how many accolades you receive, at branch ( Meyerton) level you Suck. Employ people who can read + understand what they are reading (including the manager). Whoever had so much trouble trying to re-open an empty dormant account?! Why would they not accept my Eskom account as proof of residence, when they did accept it when I opened the account? Why did they not accept another account (as specified in the brochure) as proof of residence? Why did I have to go there + try 3 times only to be rejected? Goodbye. Capitec, hello fnb. Thank you FNB for accepting my Eskom account, giving me excellent service plus a new account (and cheaper) within half an hour.
