CAPITEC BANK SUCK

An amount was deposited into my Capitec account (not my salary) on 11 Dec. Money that I bargained on as spending money for my planned holiday. Great was my disappointment when I discovered on the morning of 12 Dec that Capitec's debit order of more than R3400, that is due on the 25th of the month went off. My account is and never was in arrears and last debit order went of on set debit order date on 25 Nov. I went to the bank and requested the debit order to be reversed and money to be paid back immediately as it was very clear that the payment received was not my salary. WHAT A STORY!!! They refused to reverse debit order and said I must give them proof as to where the payment came from. WHAT!!! YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT CAPITEC BANK!!! I gave them my Nov payslip to proof that payment was not from my employer, thus not my salary. They said they still need proof or my Dec payslip (on the 12th of the month) . I've been paying this loan for almost 3 years and my salary gets paid into my Capitec account for 10 years plus, so they have all my history. I had to loose my temper and threaten them before they reversed the debit order. CAPITEC YOU SUCK! This is the 2nd time that you did this. The previous time my daughter paid money into my account and the exact same thing happened on a Friday almost a week before my debit order was due. You think you are clever, but due to this my debit order will now not go through on set date and I must manually transfer money from my savings account to loan account once my salary is paid in. Obviously I will do that, because I am a honest person, but what about the next person you did the same thing to, who just decide to skip the Dec payment? And you know what, I hope there are a lot who do just that, because you deserve it, after the way you treated me (and I'm sure a lot of other people too)
