Capitec Bank Submitting incorrect data to the Credit Bureau

I had a personal load with Capitec which they write off. They gave me a letter to confirm which i sent to credit bureau. The problem is every month my credit profile is submitted, Capitec Bank keeps sends update to credit bureau that i still owe then. this affects my credit profile every month and i cant get approved for a home loan because of them. i tried calling them to get this sorted by they told me that it has been updated, but they still update the credit bureau that i still owe them.
