As i have been waiting for about a year now since the closure of my account, last week idd make another complaint about Capitec this week thy did phone me & promised to open my account thy said i will receive an sms notification so i wonder aftr how long do i receive it coz now its already friday ,idoubt weekends u will sort me now udont have airtym to keep phoning idont have money to take a taxi to go to the branch daily so plz capitec can u consider taking my account seriously because ibeliev u are in busines u need me i also need u i love seeing u grow daily becoming strong but if u doing this this is not right im also a human being i have needs i have plans with that money i have plans with that account if u still want me to continue banking with u coz there are many banks in S.A i can move to.
