Capitec bank stole my money

Well I recently had a car I purchased with capitec bank that was successful then from that same place I purchased another vehicle with cellphone banking it said successful but I couldn't leave to get the vehicle or get the successful transfer papers from the bank its been more than twelve months and capitec bank never put my money back into my account after a successful cancellation please I do not know what to do because capitec bank say they cannot show me these transactions via mobile phone and to their knowledge I have no money with them what do I do
