Capitec Bank stole my money

I was ****med via online purchase,it happened in Cape town on the 31 December and I was in Pretoria that time sleeping.so I went to Capitec in my area and they called head office, even now I'm still waiting.What makes me angry is that my account is a savings account but they purchased more then the amount I had in my account.The next step I'm going to Ombudsman because I'm really angry.
