Capitec bank stole from me and they won't reverse the transaction.

Capitec *****ing from me. I have a loan with Capitec and the arrangement or agreement was to pay R1500 at the end of each month. On the 24 February 2021they debited double and half of the agreed amount. I haven't even received my salary yet, my niece is starting the school and the mother transferred her school money into my bank account until she has her own bank account... Booom Capitec takes it and dishonor the agreement we had. It is theft and there is no excuse for it. We agreed with R1500 at the end of the month and they decided to sneak into my account and ***** from me. This is not the first incident. R900 was ****** from my account and during lockdown they told me I cannot reverse it over the phone but the banks were closed and after lockdown when I went to the bank they told me they can't reverse the transaction because 30 days has passed. Capitec bank is dangerous. The money keep on missing in my account for years now and I thought I was the only one until I hear few people complaining about the same thing.
