Capitec bank *****s my money

Capitec Bank is refusing with my money, I complains about their service 3 weeks ago, and they called and promise to fix it, yesterday when I called they said the the account holder should go to the bank, yes I did and wrong transfer and I called immediately to put the money on hold,. I don't know the person I trnafere my money to, and that money was for my mom at home. Capitec bank you taking an adva6 because of my background, today I call you tell me my matter needs a lawyer, how will I afford a lawyer in order to get my money, your service sucks, we work hard for this money and you just want to come and take it.
