Capitec Bank *****ing Peoples money without consent..

Capitec bank is he worst bank ever and the call centers in not help full what so ever. they incorrectly debited my account with almost R3700 next next morning the refund the debit run the correct one and at the same time they rerun the incorrect debit order again and pay it into an account that i don't have access toe been in Capitec the half of the day yesterday to be told the money will be reversed by 5pm last night I'm still waiting.... and no feedback whatsoever from Capitec.. the complaints departments details not even on there website. I'm fed-up with them... My only income is now beaning taken by Capitec and i can't pay my rent or anything else because i don't have the funds..
