Capitec Bank *****ing clients money

Capitec needs to close down because their treatment is no good how come they lie that they disputed my money then later they have told me they fail to do so.. Why do they wait for the merchants or ****s to use your money to be honest I am angry and people have been complaining about Capitec. And they can act as if nothing happened nothing.
