Capitec bank statements not available in Excel format!

Hello

On the web I do not appear to be able to download any statement in Excel format.

If possible please advise and I shall amend this to a compliment.

Excel is certainly available to corporates so I expect it should be available to individuals.

I have wasted the whole day in trying to convert statement downloads in “.csv” format, but to no avail as no Microsoft nor any public forum suggestions proved to convert the numerical text to numerical numbers, that can be "summed" and or even used in a Pivot.

It is absolutely frustrating and an useless format. Really pathetic.

I need the two financial years 2017/2018 & 2018/2019 urgently for SARS in Excel!

Regards
