Capitec bank services detreating due to Contact Centre (Business Support Centre) !
It is amazing how Capitec bank services are detreating, Contact Centre (Business Support Centre) ignores email request rather forcing clients to call in or go to a branch. Since Fri, 24 Feb 2023, I have been sending follow up messages till date my requested has been unanswered.
