Capitec Bank service is lacking

If you travel and need urgent help from Capitec Bank, you will not receive it. I booked a ticket online, only to find out that the transaction could not be carried out. The supplier gave me an authorisation letter to reverse the transaction on 16 Nov 2023 - I spoke to a consultant who could not help me and gave me an email address to send a request to reverse the transaction, to date I have not received any acknowledgement of the email I sent - The agent who gave me the email address was also not interested in helping me with this matter, especially when he found out I could not call the bank. So folks if you want real bank services, and possibly need someone on the other end willing to help you, find a bigger bank that is willing to share contact information or a banker who will be willing to work with you. Capitec is sliding into the bad service bank too quickly, there isn't enough care or interest from the staff at customer support.
