Capitec bank service

I have been a Capitec client for years. My credit card payments has always been up to date, and my credit record excellent. I was retrenched and was forced to come live with my daughter overseas. I am unemployed and tried to make arrangements with Capitec to pay something every month which my daughter was going to help me with. Up to date, they did not keep with the arrangement and kept charging arrears together with the high interest rate!
