Capitec bank selling account whilst under debt review

Horrible horrible...... Best describe this bank loan practices..... Way back in 2012 I took out a loan of R21000. The payments was deducted through debit order for about a year and a half, everything was going well, until I placed myself under debt review. Capitec still received payments from the NPDA dept review for a few months. Then I got a call from a lawyers firm who told me that my capitec account was handed over to them. Keep in mind that this was whilst I was under debt review. Weeks later the sheriff of the court rocks up at my house to collect my property. I presented my court order to him and he told me that capitec in not allowed to hand my account over, he then left. 6 months later a different lawys firm called me and I explained the same story to them and the also just left it like that and never heard of them ever since. Then more then a year later I got a call from a debt collectors company called DMC who told me that my capitec account was sold to them. Keep in mind I'm still under debt review and never stop paying capitec bank (I have the statements to proof it). This DMC demands now R29000. I what would like to know what can I do to get the DMC off my name as I am done with debt review and received my clearance certificate. Because of capitec's wrong doing to sell my account to a 3rd party I am unable to purchase a house as the DMC still reflect on my name..... What can I do to get rid of the DMC
