Capitec Bank Selfie Payment Huge Problem

Like many others I have a problem with Capitec bank's selfie payment system on their Capitec bank app. It's not working. I've gone to different branches and I've emailed them, no help. Expecting your clients to go to a Capitec bank branch everytime they want pay their beneficiaries shows a lack of care by Capitec Bank!

If Capitec bank can stop the dictatorship and allow us the customers the option to opt out of the selfie payment system and sign on it and assume the risks. Alternatively they should allow us the option to add beneficiaries at their branches using their self help cumputer/Tab and afterwards we must be able to pay those beneficiaries from our phone apps without needing a selfie.
