Capitec bank security

Yesterday my son was assaulted and ****** while standing in the line at a Capitec bank inside a mall. Capitec security didnt even bother to assist him at all. We are forced to deposit cash at the ATMs as the branches dnt have tellers inside, Capitec defnitaly dont bother to safeguard his clients while using its facilities. Atms is next to to bank itself!! Its not even a big mall, although busy... they choked my son (4 of them).. stole the money from his pocket, throw him on the ground, and with this big commotion, Capitecs security didnt even bother at all!! Our hard earn money gone!!
