Capitec bank - second thought

I use to had a FNB Private banking account. i close the account and open a Capitec aco****. I use funds to trade on Plus500. i withdraw most of the funds ( no there was no winnings ). as i close the FNB account i remember i still have R3000.00 in my Plus500 account. before i close the account. i withdraw the money in my account after 2 weeks i phone the bank.... o yes we can see the money we were on our way to phone you really? they sent me a mail as for: Good day

Thank you for your email, please provide the account number to which this relates. Kindly be advised that the plus 500 statement will need to be in pdf format in line with Reserve Bank requirements.

Please find attached guide to assist with retrieving your statement.

ok witch i sent my reply: That is what I got from them. Before I close my account at FNB I transfer money from Plus55 to FNB and there hasn’t been such a mission to get my money.

Let me know when will you sent my money to the account.

I sent my FNB statements where they can see i transfer ( R12 000.00 ) to Plus500 and the other dates where i withdraw ( 2000.00 ) , i sent my Plus500 statement that shows there is R3000.00 i account,. i've got a call, there is a problem we must verify the money, and all the paper works is going to cost you R900.00. I tell them to sent it back to Plus500 account. Now i am stuck, cant get my funds without paying R900.00 it can takes months.

When i open this account, i had never never thought that i would struggle that much to get my money.

IF you make more then R400 000.00 profit than we need to declare the money, really Capitec this is R3000.00 not R3 million,

second thought - closing the account!!!!
