Capitec bank ****s people

This is the most horrible bank ever. I wish more people leave it. I have had a worst experience at first it was a thousand rand I had sent via cash send 3 months ago. A friend never got it and when I went to the bank for my refund they were unable to reverse it and I called their customer care. They also couldn't help me. On the 2nd of December 2020 it was R4500. I had sent as a immediate payment and my friend never recieved it. Capitec once again said they unable to help me. Actual am gonna go on Twitter and start a hashtag to encourage people to leave this bank.
