Capitec bank's bad service

I went to the bank to re-open my son's account which was dormant. I was assisted by Thandeka. This was the worst experience I had since banking with Capitec. She had system problem and asked 3 consultants to assist which i did not have a problem with because at the end they helped. I asked if I can fill the declaration form while they were still busy trying to fix the error on the system, she refused and said she will fill it in herself, asked me to sign it. While busy filling in the form, she made a mistake, she stood up to go get the other form at the entrance without informing me and walking at a very tired pace. The account was opened and I was given a card. The contract was not explained to me, I was just asked to sign and she asked me it there is anything else she can help me with., I said no because i was already fes up with the service. She was even refusing to change my minimum sms update for money in and money out, saying that it's impossible the minimum can only be R100. The account was dormant because i was not working. Now i regret re-opening it at the branch. I still had to go and find more information about the fees on my own.
