Capitec Bank run by kids with no respect for disabled people
I visited Capitec branch at Strand todayWorst bank in Strand! The branch is run by kids with bad attitude! I explained that I can hardly see and therefor need certain information in a format which I will be able to copy and paste to buy an antivirus program.
1. the info is available on the app- which is once again not working.
I do not see properly and explained that fact twice.
Are these kids not able to use Notepad in order to capture the information for me on my phone to help me or are they to daft to do that?
I was told that I am rude. At least I am not stupid, only half blind...
