Capitec Bank Rivonia Inconvenience

I am at Capitec Rivonia I got here at 7:30 and had to wait for the bank to be open at 8:00 am ...when I got to the door at 8:02..it was still closed .The was a few people waiting at the door .Someone from inside the bank came to the door with a sign that read...OPEN AT 8:30AM DUE TO TRAINING. I AM.LATE FOR WORK AS I HAVE TO WAIT FOR 8:39 AM. THIS IS SUCH AN INCONVENIENCE FOR ME AS I CAME TO ACTIVATE MY APP ON MY MOBILE PHONE AS I NEED TO MAKE SOME PAYMENTS
