Capitec Bank Revised Decision

Hi folks, I had a serious problem with this banks "client care" but finally a high calibre lady in their complaint management sorted it out to my satisfaction. At that point I decide only due to this lady's professional and competent handling of the complaint I had decided to keep my account with Capitec. However I have now taken the time to read other reviews on hellopeter and reversed my decision to continue doing business with this bank. I really thought my experience with them was an isolated instance but it appears to be an everyday happening with the poor traing and *********** Capitec Bank staff. I will now have no further dealings with this terrible bank.
