CAPITEC BANK REVERSING DEBIT ORDERS AND EFT PAYMENTS

In November last year, I went to my nearest Capitec Bank branch to report that there was a culprit that reversed and stole money from my account.I was given the reference number ***8 and to date nothing has been done What surprises me is that the same ***** reversed EFT payments from my account this past weekend I request you to give me a feedback on this matter because by the look of things, who ever is responsible for this is either working for Capitec Bank or someone from outside working with someone amongst your employees Should you fail to resolve the matter within 7 days, I will be left with no option but to close this bank account
