Capitec bank reversal transaction

Capitec refuses to reverse debit order deducted by clientell life insurance and tells me at the branch in greenacres that it is not disputable, i refuse to understand cos last month i had the same problem but other assistant managed to reverse the policy that i have cancelled, also clientelle life policy even if u cancell your policy they dont stop deducting they are ******.
