Capitec Bank refusing to release funds

I would like to express my utter disgust in the way my query is currently been handled by Capitec Bank . I have payment which is been with held .I have contacted the necessary customer service centre with no resolve , I have been to the Lenasia branch 3 times with no assistance or clarity on how have these funds released . I will not hesitate to take this to the banking Ombudsman as this is now affecting my ability to transact with monies which are mine . The matter needs immediate attention and I will not hesitate taking this to the media as I am now been taken for a full by this bank ! Contact me immediately
