CAPITEC BANK REFUSING TO CLOSE MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT AND REFUND MY MONEY!

Capitec bank is by far the worst! They refuse to close my credit card account and pay me back my refund after I have paid the settlement amount. They said it would take 45days to close, this was on the 21/07/2020 it is now the 22/09/2020 and they say that MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT IS STILL OPEN AND PENDING FOR ANOTHER 45DAYS? I MEAN WHAT THE HELL IS THAT??? CAN SOMEONE AT CAPITEC PLEASE MAKE CONTACT WITH ME, CLOSE MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT AND REFUND ME MY MONEY!! I WILL NOT RECOMMEN ANYONE TO GET A CREDIT CARD WITH CAPITEC!
