Capitec bank refuses to refund cash back transaction on my account

On the 20 of April I did a cash back of 200 at Spar Umzimkhulu I entered my pin and I did not receive a notification the cashier asked me to re enter my pin as the speed point had an error of which I did I received R200 cash but the transaction went through twice I only noticed this when I got home. I went to spar the following day they said the money is sitting in capitec's suspense account. When I went to capitec they said they have lodged the incident and will get back to me its almost 2 months later I got a call yesterday saying there is nothing they can do about my issue No reason why. Capitec bank has this tendency of taking people's money, my friend Nomthandazo had 4000 withdrawn from her account capitec could not assist her in getting that money back. Loan shark stupid bank
