CAPITEC BANK REFUSES TO PAY LOTTERY WINNINGS

I would not even give this bank 1 star. Pathetic pathetic service. Played the lottery in August and still waiting for my winnings. Why goes the national lottery want to ***** its reputation and still do business with Capitec????? Went to the phoenix plaza to enquire and even the bank manager does not know how to resolve my query. No way to view the ticket on my banking app even though purchased on via the banking app, no customer support to assist with this query. The bank apparently cant see transactions completed on a call customers capitec app.Capitec call center agents can barely speak English let alone articulate sentences well enough to resolve my query. Bank finally told me to wait 7days to have my money paid into my account. 11 days later still nothing!!!!!! What a useless bank. @Ithuba national lottery, I hope u are seeing these comments!!!!!
