Capitec Bank refuses to pay back the Money

My Friend was de*****ed by ********* who withdrew 7000+ using a Capitec bank card of which my friend had her card with her. Capitec has sent her from Pillar to post and refuses to Pay her money ....7 weeks has passed and this single mom is suffering.

I was called regarding this but there's still no way forward nobody applies for ***** Capitec can't make it this Woman's fault that she was de*****ed, as if she knew that it was going to happen.......

This case was investigated by Police and my friend has no fault.... 7000+is a lot of money..... Do something Capitec
